Topcon X20 Touchscreen Failure & Replacement

It can happen that your Topcon X20 touchscreen has failed and needs to be replaced.

These are some indications of failure:

  • The touch screen loses calibration very rapidly.
  • The cursor is unable to be calibrated.
  • The cursor will jump back to the same location as soon as you remove your finger or pen from the screen.
  • The cursor will not move at all with touch screen input.
  • The cursor will not move at all even if a mouse is plugged in.

If one or more of these has happened to your X20 touchscreen, it is very likely that it needs to be replaced. We can replace the screen for $1200 (plus tax).
